This recipe is delicious and full of flavor that dances around the florets of Fioretto. Parmesan adds saltiness to the simple sweetness of Fioretto and lemon gives it a nice zing! The result is a tasty baked Fioretto side dish that can be served with any meal.
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Line baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Place florets in a bowl with olive oil, salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper, garlic powder and lemon zest. Toss until well coated.

Lay florets out on pan as evenly as possible.

Roast for 15 minutes, then toss and sprinkle Parmesan cheese across the tray of Fioretto.

Bake another 5-10 minutes.

To serve, sprinkle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
