Sweet Kabù and Kumquat Salad

Enjoy this juicy Sweet Kabù salad with sour dressing! Delicate, silky and pure white.

Preparation

  1. Prepare dressing by mixing all the ingredients and set aside.
  2. Trim off the leaves, leaving 0.5-1 inch of green stem, and cut Sweet Kabù into wedges with skin.
  3. Cut each Kumquat into 4 round slices, and remove the seeds. 
  4. Mix the dressing, Sweet Kabù, and Kumquat in a bowl and and allow it to rest for 10-30 min. 
  5. Sprinkle with pink peppercorn and serve.
