Grown from seeds thoughtfully selected by Tokita Seed Company: a breeding and development company with over 100 years of history, and home of favorites like the beloved Sungold tomato.

ROOTED IN WASHOKU

Washoku (和食) literally means "Japanese food" or "Japanese cuisine."

For over 1000 years, the Japanese culinary tradition has highlighted the goodness of thoughtfully produced, seasonal ingredients. Presented with balance in mind, each dish conveys a sense of harmony with nature.

In 2013, Washoku was added to UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage list, recognizing its cultural significance.
