Sweet Kabù Fruit Salad

Sweet Kabù Fruit Salad

This recipe gives Sweet Kabù the opportunity to shine in a sea of fruit. It counterbalances the tartness of the berries and rounds out a salad that could be shared at breakfast, lunch or dinner. Preparation is simple and quick.

Preparation:

  1. Mix lime juice and apple in a bowl.
  2. Add strawberries, blueberries, pineapple and Sweet Kabù. Mix gently.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
