Stir Fry with Sweet Kabù

This vegetarian stir fry is full of healthy veggies, delicious flavor and can be endlessly modified.  

Preparation:

  1. Prep Sweet Kabù by plucking green stems from vegetable. Thickly slice the Sweet Kabù and chop the green stems for use.

  2. Heat coconut oil in a pan on medium high heat.

  3. Once preheated, add onions and peppers. Stir occasionally for a few minutes.

  4. Then add broccoli and cashews. Continue stirring.

  5. After a few more minutes, add mushrooms and Sweet Kabù greens.

  6. Add soy sauce and sesame oil to pan while stirring 

  7. After letting mushrooms soften, lastly add sliced Sweet Kabù.

  8. Sprinkle salt, pepper, red pepper and garlic powder based on your taste. Add extra red pepper flakes for a kick.

  9. Remove from heat and spoon over warm rice.
